- Description of the provision: The maintenance and facilities of urban services associated with the urban road are of exclusive municipal competence. The City Council of Tirvia is responsible for maintaining the network of streets and the elements associated with it in optimum condition, such as water supply and Water sanitation, but also to foresee the basic infrastructures to make available to the population the basic services in a modern society. These actions focus on the central axis of the town, which connects the administrative services (City Council and medical office) with the main ones Commercial establishments, facilitating the interconnection of the two main activity axes, the detail and conditions of the work are defined and set in the project that together with this specifications of particular administrative clauses will govern the Contracte.
