Description of the provision: This contract aims to work on the project "Installation of a paddle court with roof in the sports area of El Perello (exp.2024/1088), written by the architect Carla Pallares Mauri, approved by the Governing Board in session held on January 9 of 2025.Prends the space for sports facilities in the POUM of the municipality qualified with the key E5 Equipment Esportiu, specifically on the old sports court currently in disuse, and acts on a total area of 325.35 m2. The project of the Padel Covered track, defines The installation work of a paddle paddle tennis or similar paddle court, 20 x 10 meters, with installation of luminaires and green artificial grass pavement, the construction of two planters with native vegetation as well as benches for the public, restoration and new creation of grids of stormwater evacuation and the installation of lighting of the track and automatic access.
