Description:
Description of the provision: This contract for public works aims to execute the "Project for the supply and installation of photovoltaic solar system in collective instant self -consumption without compensation for 100kwn surplus executed at La Vitxeta School", approved initiallyby decree of the delegate councilor of the Environment, Sustainability and Public Road, dated October 23, 2024 and became approved definitively on December 16, 2024, and in addition, the installation will be executed in accordance with the technical document that contains the specifics (orConcretions) of the installation.The installation will be connected in supply mode with self -consumption with surplus welcomed to compensation or supply with collective self -consumption with surplus compensation, according to Royal Decree 244/2019, of April 5, which regulates theAdministrative, technical and economic conditions of the self -consumption of electrical energy. The facilities will be executed in accordance with the Royal Decree Law 15/2018, of October 5, of urgent measures for the energy transition and the protection of consumers and the Royal Decree 244/2019, thus mentioned, thusas in the regulations that derive from them.
