Description:
For the purposes required in article 28 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts, the nature and extension of the needs that are intended to be satisfied with the private contract are:
1. Article 106 of the Constitution enshrines the principle of patrimonial responsibilityof public administrations due to the injuries suffered by individuals in any of their property and rights, provided that the injury is a consequence of the normal or abnormal functioning of the public services provided. With the subscription of the patrimonial civil liability insurance,It guarantees such responsibility, in which the insurance company guarantees the payment of compensation that according to the current legal regulations could correspond direct, joint, solidary and subsidiarily to the insured, as well as to all its autonomous bodies or dependent entities, byPersonal damages, materials and consecutive damages, involuntarily caused to third parties by action or omission in the exercise of their activity. The patrimonial responsibility of the administration regulated in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure ofPublic Administrations and Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, as well as the expenses and fees for the provision of defense and judicial bonds that could lead.
