- Description of the service: The object of this contract is the contracting of the internet connectivity service of the OdM with a symmetric bandwidth of 1Gb guaranteed by means of the existing optical fiber, in addition to one with an alternative system of backup connectivity, by means of a radio link of a minimum of 600Mb of bandwidth, in order to provide connectivity to the infrastructures of the OdM. The awarded company will provide a support service with a maximum response time of 24 hours (from Monday to Sunday) for incidents and must coordinate with the Montsec Observatory. For the registration of the aforementioned service, the contractor will be provided with the necessary information and access so that they can properly carry out the installations or adaptations and tests necessary
