In 2021, this entity launched a set of services aimed at facilitating Management by electronic means of administrative processes and adaptation to the Electronic Administration Law.
This project has allowed the organization to have all its organized and localized files, and take a qualitative leap in its procedures, going from the paper file to the electronic file, through the incorporation of the electronic signature throughout the organization.
In addition, this project has allowed the entity to offer from its electronic headquarters of the citizen through which they can submit telematic applications, consult their annotations of Registration and files that are in process, receive electronic notifications, and verify the validity of electronic documents.
In this period, more than 110,000 electronic records and more than 37,000 electronic files have been processed.
