- Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the contracting of a consulting company to carry out the technical and objective assessment of the jobs and review of the functional and organic organizational model of the ACCD. The technical and objective assessment of jobs includes the review and update of descriptions; the analysis of functions, responsibilities and requirements associated with each place; The professional classification and the formulation of recommendations on coherence of the remuneration structure, if applicable. It also contemplates the homogenization of language in the structure of jobs according to the functions they have assigned. The mechanisms for the provision of this service will be carried out taking into account the following instruments: -Trevists with workers from all categories of the different areas and units of the ACCD contrasting their Tasks with the commands.-Reviewing and updating of the job descriptions (DLT) .- Technical assessment of jobs contained in the list of jobs (RLT) .- Study, evaluation and adaptation of the workplace functions in the labor category and consequently in the salary tables according to agreement. The accompaniment consists of the review of the functional and organizational model of the agency, through the analysis of internal processes, the revision of circuits and roles according to functions and responsibilities, and the proposal of structural improvements.
