• Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle value procedure. The aim of this contract is to create a model of the JRC-Sevilla new Building and its casing that will serve to show the building project in exhibitions for communication purposes. The Contractor must perform the following tasks during the implementation of the contract: 1. Analysing the building project based on the information provided by JRC-Sevilla 2. Proposing a plan for the model construction that ensures a full comprehension of the project and its interiors, describing the materials and tools to be used (3D printers, manual work etc.). The materials proposed shall take into account the principles of the New European Bauhaus initiative, particularly in connection with sustainability of materials and techniques used. 3. Upon acceptance of the plan, building the 1/100 scale model of the building based on the CAD information provided by JRC-Sevilla (Revit 3d Model and Dwg files) 4. Create a transparent anti-reflection cover for the model to protect it from the dust 5. Creating a wooden box for the model to ensure safe transportation. The service comprises the following deliverable: a A1 model which must include at least the following materials and respect the following conditions: · Description of the project that shows exterior design (pergolas, terraces, exterior furniture and vegetation) and interior detail such as atrium, staircase, interior furniture, human scale (using models of persons) and vegetation, proportionate to the requested scale · An amount of the surrounding public space that allows for understanding the enclosure and approach to the building plot · The size of the model should be approximately 120 cm x 120 cm to allow for transportation · The model can be opened to allow better comprehension of the spaces · The model will have a transparent anti-reflection cover to protect it from dust · The model will be accompanied by a wooden box that secures its safe transportation with indications of the sense of opening and the mention “fragile”. The box will have handles and wheels. ·The model and box shall be labelled with the messages that the JRC-Sevilla will convey in its base (title, author, date, etc.) · The model-s transportation from the contractor-s site to the JRC premises in Seville.
