Description:
Description of the provision: The object of this tender is the contracting of the external service of legal advice in the labor field that is required by the Human Resources Directorate of the Vall Hebron University Hospital Foundation-Institute de Recerca (VHIR) in order to be able to provide support in the form resorting to and resolving or, at least, minimizing conflicts in the labor field that may arise during the term of the contract. In this sense, the service that is the subject of this tender includes all those labor, Social Security, tax and foreign affairs issues that arise in the development of the labor activity of the Fundacio Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron - Research Institute (VHIR), and which are detailed in section 4 of the contract technician
