Land medical transportation service for patients in Ceuta and for patients in Melilla, to those that the National Institute of Health Management (INGESA) has the legal or conventional duty to transport in specially conditioned vehicles
INGESA does not have its own means, personal or material, nor the necessary infrastructure to transport, by the most suitable means due to of the need and opportunity, in the shortest possible time and by the most appropriate route, to patients from Ceuta and Melilla, whose transfer is requested by the doctor responsible for their care based on strictly clinical causes and does not pose an added risk to their health.
