Description of the provision: The object of this tender is the lease of the bar located in the installation of the municipal pools of Tarrega for operation as a restoration establishment, during the summer period of opening of the public pools, every day of 10:00 to the21: 00h, despite the weather conditions (it rains, it is cold ...). 2.- The opening of the bar is expressly prohibited from 21:00. 3.- The opening of a pool bar is also mandatory when the following activities are performed. Opening hours must match the durationFrom the activity, then the restoration establishment will close: -Compects of the Swimming Club -Partites de league in the municipal pavilion from September to June the weekend (Saturday whenever they play at home) -Competition / Christmas exhibition of Gyas Club-Parc de Nadal, if it is done again at thePavilion-Copa Lleida Futbol Sala-Trobada Mini Handball CEACA-Day World of Physical Activity. These events, if applicable, would communicate to the lessee inSufficient time for its organization.-When the pool enclosure is used as a space of action during the street theater fair, the opening and closing hours must be adapted to the directions that will be given by the organization of the fair that will be communicated to the bidder with sufficient enough.an...
