Description:
In compliance with the principles of necessity, suitability and efficiency established in article 28 of the LCSP, the nature and extent of the needs that are intended to be covered by the execution of this contract fall within the scope of the functions and powers attributed. to this management center, the suitability of the object and content of the contract being precisely determined in the technical specifications.
The different departments of the Junta de Castilla y Leon located in Santiago Alba,1 (Presidency of the Junta de Castilla y Leon), need to have printing devices with the necessary characteristics to carry out the correct performance of their functions, therefore the processing of a homogeneous contract is required, the scope of which consists of:
• Supply on lease basis - without purchase option, of 70 printing devices multifunction that integrate the functions of photocopier, printer and scanner.
• Comprehensive, preventive, corrective maintenance and replacement of supplies of said devices.
• Copies of these devices, both in black and white and color
• Print management software: The The successful bidder must make available to the Office of the President multi-platform printing management software that allows the devices supplied to be controlled, managed and monitored.
