- Description of the provision: ● Provide the Legal Advisory Service in the field of data protection, services of the Information Society and application and compliance with the Artificial Intelligence Regulation ● Provide the Legal Defense Service in the field of data protection, services Information Society, as well as legal aspects derived from the regulations on artificial intelligence. ● Adaptation of compliance Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of Parliament European and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter, RGPD) and of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the services of the Information and Electronic Commerce Society (hereinafter, LSSI); of the Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 13, 2024, of artificial intelligence (hereinafter RIA), as well as other regulations that can be applicable.
