Description:
Description of the service: The purpose of this tender is to contract the service of prevention and control of legionellosis in the municipal facilities and public spaces that depend on the Sant Pere de Ribes Town Council. In accordance with this specification of particular administrative clauses and set of technical prescriptions. Its main objectives are: • Establish, implement and execute the measures to carry out the legionella control plans established in Royal Decree 487/2022, of 21 of June, and its subsequent modifications—in particular, those included in Royal Decree 614/2024, of July 2—, which establishes the health requirements for the prevention and control of legionella in those facilities likely to be focus of its proliferation and spread, with the purpose of protecting public health against this disease, minimizing its presence in the environment and improving its surveillance, response and collaboration.• Carry out prevention actions and control according to the current applicable regulations.•Reduce and solve incidents and deficiencies that may arise, carrying out corrective actions when necessary, with the minimum possible time.•Update and maintain the existing inventory and the technical documentation of the installations, preferably in electronic form to facilitate access and traceability.•Train the staff in charge of periodic inspections not included in the tasks ob...
