- Description of the provision: The object is the contracting of services consisting of the provision of Punt Lila, which is a service of care and prevention of sexist and LGTBI-phobic aggressions in parts of party, leisure and where a specialized service is required of this reality. These Technical conditions will govern the contract of the Punt Lila de Reus Service. The general objective is to regulate the conditions for the provision of the Punt Lila service in the city of Reus, as well as the previous training of the agents involved in these events in order to facilitate that the festivals and/or/or Events are spaces to enjoy with freedom and security.
