The following constitutes the object of the contract:
-Supply of one (1) license during the duration of the contract, of an API Manager system for the SCS so that the successful bidder is responsible for providing the API Manager platform (the necessary license will be provided for the duration of the contract).
-On-premise installation in the API Gateway SCS infrastructure, configuration, commissioning and continued provision of the API Manager service for the duration of the contract.
In this case the installation could be on premise or in the cloud. As long as the successful bidder will bear the costs related to cloud deployment and maintenance
-Identification and configuration of the existing web services and APIs in the SCS through the API Manager.
-Operation, Support and Maintenance of the platform.
-Advanced support and manufacturer updates.
The main purpose of this contract is to have a management system for all the APIs of the Cantabrian Health Service, hereinafter SCS, in order to advance the comprehensive and significant transformation of all processes, practices and methodologies within all areas of the SCS, among which are the Clinical Assistance, the management of human and economic resources, etc.
