Maintenance and comprehensive management of the low voltage installations of the Mollet del Valles City Council. These facilities include, among others, buildings and facilities.municipal installations, municipal public lighting, traffic light and mobile pylon installations, photovoltaic installations, management of charging points for electric vehicles on the public network, pumping installations, and all auxiliary installations. The contract includes preventive (scheduled) maintenance, regulatory maintenance in accordance with sector regulations, corrective maintenance (repair of breakdowns of all types, vandalism, collisions), as well as replacement investments, improvement and adaptation of facilities, and improvement.ra of energy efficiency throughout the duration of the contract. The contract also includes remote management of the facilities and support for energy management, using the necessary tools. The contract also includes the cost of regulatory reviews and inspections in accordanceor with current sector regulations.
