- Description of the provision: The purpose of this procedure is to contract a service of maintenance and conservation of the air conditioning systems- air conditioning and heating- of the different facilities of the municipal company for the Occupational Training and Employment, S.L. (EMFO) .The contractIt includes the cost of the labor needed to carry out the work indicated in the Plec of Technical Prescriptions (PPT)-both the ordinary work scheduled as the extraordinary ones-, as well as the possible cost of traveling to the equipment where the work has to be done, the cost of the cost of the cost of the work, the cost of the work.Wear of the tools and materials needed to provide the service, and the supply of the products necessary to be replaced in the event that it cannot be repaired-or to be this environmentally impossible or economically impossible repair.The materials needed to replace when considering that the prices budgeted by these by the adjudicating company are greater than the market prices, in terms of the scheduled ordinary work-which is the case with the preventive maintenance of the facilities-the contract includes the review.of the following teams, and with the following frequency: o Hunning systems: 2 visits a year (start of season, spring and autumn) .o Gas boiler: 1 visit a year (start of the season,autumn)
