Description:
The purpose of the service is the maintenance and management of various services that are currently provided through the CAP of the CAM Health Ministry, as well as contributing to the technical and management deployment to assume other services that may be required in the future during the duration of the duration of the contract.
Among the services stand out:
• The management of the appointment in the primary care centers.
• The management of the appointment in hospital care when whose demand is generated from primary care.
• The management of appointments and communications with breast schens ( Breast cancer), colon (colorectal cancer prevention program) and Cervix (Cervix Cancer Early Detection Program).
• Management of the surgical waiting list.
• Support for use applications by citizens.
Additionally, the following services are provided:
• Functional campaign analysis on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform, including citizen health, information services, etc.
There are currently 124 terminals deployed by CAM.
• Implementation and maintenance of the protocols defined by the Madrid Health Service (Sermas) for the services existing in the CAP and the new ones that are defined in the CRM existing in the Sermas. The works to be done will be adjusted to the specifications collected ...
