Description:
The UOC has an Identity and Access Management system (hereinafter IAM) based on the Openiam V3, Keycloak, Shibboleth and custom developments. With this system the more than one million identities and 450,000 users are managed, collecting information from the differentrepositories, adding the necessary accounts and permits and providing unique access thanks to the identity suppliers Keycloak and Shibboleth. The IAM platform has become a set of critical systems for the technological infrastructure of the UOC and, therefore, it is necessaryguarantee, on the one hand, the proactive surveillance of the system's health, a corrective maintenance that gives an agile response to the possible incidents, and on the other hand, the adaptation to the integration needs with third -party systems.
