- Description of the provision: The purpose of this procedure is to hire a service of maintenance and review of fire extinguishers and equipment in the different EMFO equipment. The contract includes the service of the annual review of fire extinguishers and equipment, in accordance with theRoyal Decree 513/2017, of May 22, which approves the Regulation of Fire Protection Installations, as well as the periodic Retimbrat Service of the extinguishers when appropriate-both ABC and CO2-, and the replacement, recharge and/or supply of extinguishers, and other equipment, and other equipment.Against fires, when they are obsolete and/or do not be in the right conditions of use, however, regarding the replacement or supply of fire extinguisher and other fire equipment, EMFO reserves the right to acquire them autonomously when considering that budgeted pricesFor these by the contracting company they are greater than the market prices.
