• Description:
• The purpose of this report is to justify the contracting, by the Sociedad Estado Correos y Telégrafos S.A. S.M.E, hereinafter Correos, of the licensing and associated maintenance and support services for various tools software used by the Architecture and Quality Offices of the Technology Department (DTI), as well as the contracting of certain services and advanced technical support tasks on these tools and all of this, in the terms and conditions conditions indicated below. The non-division into lots is justified in article 52.3.b) Royal Decree-Law 3/2020 “The fact that the independent performance of the various services included in the object of the contract made it difficult to correct execution of the same from a technical point of view or that the risk for the correct execution of the contract comes from the nature of its object, by implying the need to coordinate the execution of the different services, issue which could be made impossible by its division into lots and execution by a plurality of different contractors.” In this case, the justification of the aforementioned assumption is met, to the extent that any division of benefits on the object identified in the previous section would make the management, control and monitoring of global activities difficult, given their technical complexity and, therefore, the required services could be compromised from...
