- Description of the provision: maintenance, cleaning and gardening services of the Devesa Park of the municipality of Girona, as well as promoting the social and labor insertion of people with disabilities. With the aim of promoting the social and labor insertion of people with disabilities, the hiring Of the Lot 2 of gardening maintenance has been reserved in favor of special work centers, also based on the provisions of the protocol for the responsible contract of the approved Girona City Council, which includes within the contracts that are likely to reserve (article 9), among others, the of conservation and maintenance services or those of cleaning, collection and transport of waste. See section 1 "Definition of the object of the contract" of Annex I PCAP.
