The object of the contract is maintenance (preventive, corrective and modifying), conservation and integral reparation of buildings and premises (including their equipment and facilities, elevators and automatisms), including the prevention and control of legionellosis and disinfection, disintection and deratization; as well as the adequacy of units attached to the central services of The Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid, in order to maintain the optimal conditions in the infrastructure and facilities of the buildings in which the different dependencies of the central services of the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid are located, as well as the correct adequacy of these. Finally, the transport of vaccines of the General Directorate of Public Health is also contemplated within this contract.
