The service consists of the maintenance of gardens, paths, indoor plants and ornaments existing in the different properties of the Autonomous Organization of Museums and Centers, carrying out all the activities of cleaning, pruning, height pruning, weeding, trimming, intercaving, profiling, plowing, phytosanitary treatments, irrigation, fertilizing, endotherapy treatments and other similar nature that are necessary to keep the outdoor gardens and indoor plants in perfect condition. In addition, maintenance operations will be carried out as "Extraordinary maintenance", such as urgent actions due to force majeure, major repairs. of breakdowns in the garden conservation facilities (irrigation and drainage), which require replacement of material and/or spare parts on an individual basis for an amount greater than €50 (IGIC included), emergency treatments, endotherapy treatments, high pruning, path repairs, walls and other elements that make up the gardens and circulation areas, replacement of piton, soil, etc. that have been communicated from the Technical Unit of the OAMC so that the awarding company can carry them out, as well as those operations that the awarding company itself reports to the OAMC. for study, approval and subsequent order of execution, if applicable.
