The service consists in the maintenance of gardens, roads, interior plants and ornaments existing in the different properties of the Autonomous Agency of Museums and Centers, carrying out all cleaning, pruning, scarce pruning, cuts, quotes, outcast, profiling, plowing, phytosanitary treatments, irrigation, subscriber, endotherapy treatments and others of similar similar nature that are necessary to keep the outer gardens and plants of the interiors in perfect condition. It will also be carried out as "extraordinary maintenance", those maintenance operations, such as urgent actions due to force majeure, major repairs of breakdowns in the conservation facilities of the gardens (irrigation and drainage), which require replacement of material and/or spare parts individually by amount greater than € 50 (IGIC included), emergency treatments, endotherapy treatments, pruning in height, path repairs, road repairs, walls and other elements that make up the gardens and areas of circulation, replacement of picon, land, etc. that they have been communicated from the technical unit of the OAMC so that the winning company performs them, as well as those operations that the company itself awarded to OAMC itself reports For study, approval and subsequent order of execution, where appropriate.
