Description:
The object of the contract constitutes the integral maintenance at full risk of the lifting devices (elevators, hydraulic platforms, forklifts, minicars and salvaescaleras), existing in the buildings of the Diputacion de Leon and the Leon Institute of Culture. THE SERVICE CONTRACT It will include all benefits and actions planned and defined in the specific technical prescriptions.
Qualification Special: Bidding companies will be legally established as "conservative elevator companies", referred to in art. 6 according to las PRESCRIPTIONS OF Royal Decree 355/2024, of February 8, which approves the complementary technical instruction AEM 1 elevators of the Regulation of Elevation and Support Devices, approved by Royal Decree 2291/1985, of November 8. They must be registered as such in the Registry corresponding to the date of completion of the bidding period. • Statistical classification of products by CNAE activities: - CNAE Code: 2822 MANUFACTURE OF ELEVATION AND HANDLING MACHINERY. - CNAE Code: 3319 Repair and maintenance of other equipment. The division of the contract is expected In four lots, distributed according to the geographical locations of the equipment to be maintained and better use of the resources available to the contract.
