- The purpose of the contract is to carry out the set of precise and necessary activities for the maintenance and support of the Aljarafesa ERP Management System (ERP for short), based on the Oracle JD Edwards 9.2 technological platform. With this service, all the necessary maintenance tasks will be undertaken to satisfy the needs that may arise for Aljarafesa in relation to the ERP, and the system must even be provided with new modules and the necessary capacity in order to guarantee its complete functionality and correct operation. Where appropriate, a consulting and support service for technical and training aspects must be included. The details, characteristics and form of provision are contained in the Specifications.
