Description of the provision: It is the subject of the contract to carry out the contractor of the following benefits: The City Council needs to hire the maintenance service of four servers, a disc cabin, and two switches who use the HP manufacturer, specifically the Care Packneeded to guarantee the maintenance of the aforementioned equipment, to ensure the proper operation of the H7J32AC - HP Foundation Care NBD Service; HU4B2AC- HPE Tech Care Basic SVC; HU4A9AC - HPE Tech Care Essential Exch SVC. Therefore, this is a guarantee extension service of theTeams available to the City Council, in which the successful bidder will have to make the annual renewals during the 4 years of duration of the contract and will also have to manage the incident with the manufacturer in the event of a breakdown. In this case, the procedure will be as follows: 1. Abreakdown on one of the servers. 2. The Department of Computer Services of the City Council notifies this breakdown to the contractor. 3. The contractor opens an incidence with the manufacturer and ensures that it is resolved as soon as possible. 4. Once the incident is resolved, the contractor verifies thatEverything is functioning correctly, all of this, in accordance with the specifications of particular administrative clauses and the specifications of technical prescriptions that detail the workSpecific.
