Description of the provision: It is the purpose of this contract the provision of the maintenance service of the thermal system of heating and hot water of the buildings and municipal units of the City Council of Olot, with the aim of guaranteeing its proper operation and optimizing The state of conservation and service of each of the elements that make up the systems. At the same time ensure compliance with current regulations on thermal installations and their associate elements. The object of this contract is divided into six lots according to their respective areas Management of the City Council and two buildings with particular technical characteristics: Lot 1. Corporation centers - Included administrative use centers, neighborhood associations, ... Lot 2. Sports Centers - Included the Centers of Sports Use 3.
