• Description:
• The purpose of the contract is the maintenance actions to be carried out by the Consorci de les Vies Verdes de Girona in some of the different Ecovies that it manages. Lot 3 of this contract, through an open procedure harmonized with a plurality of award criteria will be reserved for special social initiative work centers or social insertion companies (according to the fourth additional provision in relation to the fourteenth final provision of law 9/2017, of 8 November, of Public Sector Contracts), of the provision of the maintenance service of the Ecovies managed by the Consorci de les Vies Verdes de Girona, in accordance with the provisions of this document of particular administrative clauses (PCAP) and in the fold of technical prescriptions (PPP). The lots are as follows: Lot 1: Ecovia of the Pinxo Train (Giron-Serinyà) / 44.2 km. Lot 2: Link of San Juan of the Abbess in Valley of Bianya ( kine. Lot 3: Ecovia of the Ter (Vilage of the Ter - Camperpodon) / 5.7 km. Lot 4: The Size of Empordà Lots 5: Garrigàs - Sands of Empordà) / 2 km. Lot 6: Pals - The Farmhouses of Pals) 2.8 km.
