Description:
Description of the service: CIMALSA, as owner of the logistics platform LOGIS BAGES (Sallent), is responsible for the provision of general services for the site, derived from the lease contracts for the properties of the logistics platform to third parties. For this reason promotes the contracting of a maintenance service for the fire protection facilities (PCI). The contract includes the regulatory maintenance of the fire protection facilities in accordance with the operations and frequencies that it establishes RD 513/2017 of May 22 and the Regulation of Fire Protection Facilities. (RIPCI) in which the minimum maintenance operations to be carried out on the facilities are detailed, which are generically: • Extinguishing system: water tank, pressure groups, sprinkler network, hydrant network, bie's, and fire extinguishers.• Detection system: optical detectors, push buttons and alarm center.• Smoke evacuation system: control panel and exhausts. The contract also includes private operations specifics of the LOGIS Bages platform detailed in the PCT, as well as an item raised to carry out urgent and corrective assistance by administration which, due to the criticality of the installation, does not allow a recruitment process to be carried out. The correctives they must be duly justified by the contractor and accepted by CIMALSA.
