Description:
Description of the provision: It is the subject of this contract, promoted by the Department of Culture of the City of Vallirana, the management of the public service of the Municipal School of Music "Aureli Vila", in Vallirana, by granting services, in accordance with the description and requirements of contentsIn the technical specifications, the educational objectives of this public service must comply with the provisions of Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on education, in its article 48.3; to Law 12/2009, of July 10, on education; as well as Decree 354/2021 of September 14, of schoolswhich teach non -regulated music and dance teaching and repeals the previous Decree 179/1993, of July 27, which regulates the music and dance schools in Catalonia, and is aimed at the entire population of the municipality, without limitation of age, and with the specifications contained in the Plec deTechnical prescriptions of this contract.In any case, the award of this contract will mean the existence of a official or labor relationship between the administration and the contractor's own staff, so the object of the contract is not divided into lots for the purposes of its execution,by the nature of the contract. It is a single service and the division would prevent its correct execution.
