In the National Heritage Administration Council, hereinafter CAPN, there are a series of central applications on which different services are supported, carried out on Oracle Forms and Reports and .NET technology. These applications have part of the resource management functionalityhuman resources, integration with payroll calculations, economic management of the organization itself, management of inventories of goods and publications, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to permanently maintain, correct and adapt these applications so that their functionality is fully aligned with the needs.esities of the organization at all times.
