- The purpose of the contract is the comprehensive management of the Family Care and Support Service in the residences for the elderly owned by the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs, established by Resolution 814/2023, of 22 February, from the General Directorate of Evaluation, Quality and Innovation, of the aforementioned Ministry. The service must be provided in accordance with the requirements and conditions stipulated in the Particular Technical Prescription Document, in this Technical Specification. Specific Administrative Clauses, and other applicable legal regulations related to this contracting, from which the rights and obligations of the contracting parties are derived, mainly, Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Sector Contracts Public Management of the Family Care and Support Service in senior residences owned by the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs during the period 2026-2029 The object of the contract is the comprehensive management of the Care and Support Service for Families in senior residences owned by the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs, established by Resolution 814/2023, of February 22, of the General Directorate of Evaluation, Quality and Innovation, of the aforementioned Ministry.
