Description:
The service object of this specifications consists in the management of an adult care center with severely affected intellectual disabilities, composed of residence and day center.
The basic legal regime of this service is regulated by Decree 271/2000 of December 21, which regulates the basic legal regime of the Public Service for Attention to Persons with Intellectual Disabilities, affected by mental retardation.
The center is located in Aranjuez (Madrid), c/ del Regajal, 3, holding the ownership of the same the Community of Madrid.
Has the capacity to attend to 48 residents and 12 day center users. The aforementioned capacity for the day center must be understood as maximum simultaneous assistance.
For the purposes of this specifications, the resources that make up the "Aranjuez" center are defined:
-Residencia: Social equipment intended to provide, or whether permanent or temporarily, comprehensive care that includes accommodation, maintenance, care for the realization of activities of daily life, personal, family and social support and promotion of leisure and normal coexistence together with rehabilitating activities and specialized care Aimed at avoiding deterioration in the maximum possible degree, promoting the maintenance and development of their capacities and possibilities of social integration.
