Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract is the provision of the Management Service, including the management of the participants' stops, coordination, contracting, programming and dynamization of the Medieval Market of Sant Marti Sarroca, "Medieval Sarroca" that is celebrated in the Castle of Sant Marti Sarroca, in the church and in the square of Lluis Pujado. The service extends in all its phases: presentation, development and evaluation. The "Medieval Sarroca" is a cultural and leisure activity organized by the City of Sant Marti Sarroca. Is held annually, with a duration of two days, usually The second weekend of October. The 2025 edition is scheduled for Saturday 11 and Sunday, October 12, 2025.The medieval Sarroca is a fully consolidated activity to which its own content is to be given, which differentiates it from other similar events that take place in the territory and which gives it uniqueness thanks to the personalization and theme of the fair with the town of Sant Marti Sarroca as the central axis.
