- Service description: The SAH, Men's Care Service, is a municipal, public and free service of the Tarragona City Council aimed at adult men, young people and teenagers who want to change their attitudes, behaviors and beliefs to relate in a more equal, respectful and non-violent way. It is a key resource to work on gender-based violence carried out or at risk of being carried out, comply with the legal obligations of prevention, awareness and intervention and promote egalitarian models of masculinity and prevent violent behaviour. Its functions are dissemination and prevention, intervention and support, protection and coordination, transformation of models and evaluation and impact, with different lines of intervention proposed by the department.
