Description of the provision: Perform the forestry operations defined in the technical project to develop the Fire Protection Plan in the Can Miret urbanization, formed by the sub -projects "Project on the reduction of the density of the trees and the undergrowth in the perimeter strip of the urbanization of Can Miret "and by the" project of reduction of the density of the trees and stacked of the undergrowth in the parcels of municipal ownership interior to the outer strip of protection of the urbanization of Can Miret "(hereinafter" the project "). With its execution the guarantees the Fulfillment of the criteria for clarifying and management of the vegetation established in Decree 123/2005, both in terms of the perimeter strip that must surround the urbanization and the municipal plots located within the Urbanization.
