Description:
Description of the provision: This is a legal advisory service that determines the conditions and processes for the modification of the establishment of the L'Hospitalet Municipal Nursery School Network service derived from the desire to integrate nursery schools and/or nurseries non-profit organizations that receive municipal public funds, with the following objectives: 1. To determine whether, at the time of the termination of the heritage concessions, a commitment to the cessation of activity by nursery schools and/or kindergartens can be agreed upon, in anticipation of the continuity of the service by the City Council of l'Hospitalet in the management modality that is determined. 2. Determine what the process is to provide continuity of employment to the teaching and non-teaching staff of nursery schools and/or kindergartens that receive municipal public funds through the legal title of subrogation of personnel in the future tender for the service, without there being any previous contractor with the Ajuntament de l'Hospitalet (art. 130 LCSP).
