Description:
Description of the service: The purpose of the contract is to advise the 10 people participating in the program. The following actions are included: • Specialized legal advice for the preparation of the documentation. • Review of the documentation.• Preparation and payment of fees by the company winning the tender.• Realization and online presentation of all the requirements produced within the administrative process.• Telephone, online and face-to-face coordination with the Barcelona Immigration Office.• Cancellation of criminal records recorded in the Penados Central Registry.• Cancellation of police records before Mossos d'Esquadra and/or National Police.• Procedures on undocumented and lack of passports before Embassies and/or Office of Foreign Affairs (also in cases of international protection).• Certificate procedures in juvenile centers, General Directorate of Child Care and Adolescence (DGAIA) or support organizations for young people under guardianship.• Management of previous appointments electronic systems to process certificates for refugees.• Communication of the labor registration in the social rooting processes with the Foreigners Office.• Management of the prior appointment at the National Police Station for fingerprints failure to pay the fees.• Procedures through the judicial system are excluded.
