Minor works contract for the replacement of the external enclosures of the Municipal Pavilion with new aluminum enclosures with a break in the thermal bridge, within the RECOVERY, TRANSFORMATION AND RESILIENCE PLAN, FINANCED BY THE NEXT GENERATION FUNDS Description of the provision: The actions to be carried out for the replacement of a large part of the window-type enclosures of the Quatre Camins de Cadaqués municipal pavilion. The replacement of the existing exterior PVC enclosures with new aluminum enclosures with breakage of thermal bridge, improves the energy behavior of the system, the durability and the overall performance of the building envelope. The current PVC enclosures, together with their age, have limitations in terms of tightness, mechanical resistance and possible degradation over time, which can cause air infiltration, energy losses and a reduction in interior comfort. The incorporation of new aluminum enclosures with a thermal bridge breaking system allows:• Significantly reduce thermal losses, minimizing the transmission of heat between the interior and exterior.• Improve the energy efficiency of the building, contributing to the decrease in demand for heating and cooling.• Increase watertightness in air and water, avoiding infiltrations and improving hygrothermal comfort.• Eliminate surface condensation, thanks to the improvement of the internal temperature of the profiles.• Increase the durability...
