Description:
Description of the service: Several water leaks have been detected in the roof, which affect both the normal operation of the center and the conservation of the interior spaces. These incidents show a deterioration of the waterproofing existing, which makes urgent action necessary to guarantee the safety, health and tightness of the building. The planned action affects an approximate area of approximately 375m². It is a flat roof passable only for maintenance and with superimposed solar panels. Given the nature of the pathologies detected, their impact on the operation of the educational center and the need to preserve the municipal heritage, it is essential to hire of this repair work and improvement of the waterproofing of the roof. The lack of this action could lead to an aggravation of the leaks and an increase in future maintenance costs.
