• MIXED ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT FOR SERVICE AND SUPPLY OF CATERING FOR THE PERSONNEL OF THE SECURITY, EMERGENCY AND MUNICIPAL BRIGADE AND FOR THE PERSONNEL OF THE 'BARRAQUES DE PATUM' CONCERTS DURING THE PATUM FESTIVALS Description of the provision: The The object of the contract is the preparation, transport and delivery of catering for the staff of the security, emergency and municipal brigade and for the staff of the 'Barraques de Patum' concerts during the five main days of the La Patum festivities (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the week of Corpus Christi, which has a variable calendar each year). In addition to the preparation, transport and delivery of the catering, this contract contemplates the supply, including transport, of furniture necessary to preserve and consume the delivered meals. In the specification of particular technical prescriptions, the characteristics of the catering service and supply, the characteristics of the supply of furniture and the legal requirements. The contract contains typical services and supplies and joint contracting is considered appropriate in accordance with art. 18 of the LCSP and art. 34.2 of the LCSP as these are services that are directly linked each other and maintain relations of complementarity; the main provision of the contract being the services. It is a contract based on needs (additional provision thirty-three of the LCSP).
