- The service to be hired must provide the infoca device with the tools and technological means for preventive planning and risk management of forest fire in an integral way in Andalusia, facilitating compliance with the three major objectives of the competent Ministry, that as a summary are:
1. Perform the planning of fire prevention of the territory of Andalusia, establish the strategic management points and prioritize the actions to be included in the plans for prevention, surveillance and extinction of forest fires.
2. Adapt operability of the Forest Fire Extinction Operational Service, based on the existing real risk, established through the calculation parameters that contemplate the climatic conditions, type of fire and expected damage.
3. Perform effective and objective management of fire risk in relation with the activities and uses developed in the rural environment that can be likely to cause fires and improve the culture of fire risk among the general population through the design and implementation of ICT tools that facilitate this management.
