Description:
Description of the provision: The object is the subject of the contract promoted by the City of Sant Pere de Ribes for the provision of the services of operation and dynamization of the bar Restaurant of the Picnic of the Vilanoveta, as well as the services of management of the use of the barbecues and the spaces of Tables and the venue of the sports area, under the type of concession, and in accordance with the description and requirements contained in the particular technical prescriptions, for which the bidder will exploit the service by assuming the transfer of operational risk, in accordance with the established. In art. 15 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, of public sector contracts (hereinafter, LCSP). Its main objectives are:- Provide the service of Bar Restaurant BR at least during the minimum hours established in the specifications- to expand the service of BR at those schedules in which the facilities Activities that stimulate and allow for better use of the Vilanoveta Park- keep in perfect condition, cleaning and conservation the facilities of the barbecue, taking care of their elements and making the reserves of the reserves.
