Mixed contract for the ordinary works and optional management and health and safety coordination services corresponding to the "Construction project of a pedestrian walkway over the riera de la Bisbal and its accesses, El Vendrell" Description of the provision: The object of this contract is the construction of a pedestrian walkway over the Bisbal creek and its accesses. The contract includes all the work, operations and auxiliary means for the following works: LOT 1: Works of construction included in the drawn up project:• Demolition of access on the right bank of the stream• Foundations of the footbridge (micropiles)• Placement of metal footbridge (structure, pavement, railings, light)• Urbanization accesses on the right and left banks characteristics of these works are detailed and described in the executive project for the construction of a pedestrian walkway over the Bisbal stream and its accesses. LOT 2: Service for the optional management of the work (*) and coordination of security and health in the work of the urbanization works contemplated in the drafted project: • Optional management of the work (*) includes the Management of the work, Management of material execution and the Quality Control of the works. • Safety and Health Coordination
