• Description:
• Description of the service: The object of this contract is the supply, on a lease basis, of the stages, anti-riot fences and other necessary infrastructure, as well as the associated service of transport, assembly and disassembly of these, in the framework of the program of events organized by Alcarràs City Council. In addition to the supply of the stages, structural elements, riot fences and other infrastructure, the contract includes all loading, unloading, transport, assembly and disassembly, the assistance and services of qualified technical and/or auxiliary personnel required, as well as all the material and insurance elements, within the deadlines set by the organization of the City Council, guaranteeing the correct execution and coordination with the rest of the technical teams of each of the events. It is an essential condition of this contract that all the scenarios and other elements or infrastructures have all the approvals and certificates required by the applicable regulations of the European Union, the Spanish State and the Generalitat of Catalonia.
