It is the object of this procedure to contract supplies and services that make possible the Digital transformation of the tourist model of the Diputacion de Jaen, facilitating the collection and knowledge of the needs of tourists. To do this, innovative technologies and sensory systems will be implemented, allowing the governance and advanced data exploitation through the Comprehensive data platform of the Diputacion de Jaen (PIDDJ), which will be developed and implemented through this contract.
In addition, tourist intelligence will be guaranteed through advanced analysis and optimized planning for sustainable tourism management, ensuring interconnection and integration with the intelligent destination platform (PID) of Segitur, and the adaptation to its ontology.
