• "MIXED CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF LICENSES FOR A CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, RISK AND COMPLIANCE TOOL AND THE SERVICES TO IMPLEMENT IT", CHARGED TO THE TRANSFORMATION AND RECOVERY PLAN....
  The purpose of this contract is the acquisition of a web solution for risk management and compliance of the Agency with current regulations on data protection, information security, business continuity, third-party risk management and quality that apply to it.
  The tender consists of the acquisition of the license for a Government, Risk tool and Compliance (GRC) and its respective installation for the implementation of the solution.
  The supply must comply with all the technical specifications described.
  This is a mixed contract because it contains its own supply and service provisions, and both provisions are directly related to each other. linked to each other, maintaining a complementary relationship that requires their consideration and treatment as a functional unit, the legal regime and the rules that will govern the award are the rules of the supply contract, as this is the main benefit, and the benefits of services, accessories.
